The purpose of this class is to provide healthcare professionals with training on implicit bias to aid in clinical situations and decision making. You are encouraged to take the IAT awareness test. About the Speaker: Angela Study has been a dental hygienist for 20 years and is a member of the ADHA, the IDHA (Indiana Dental Hygiene Association) as well as her local component (The Isaac Knapp District Dental Society). Angela has served on the leadership board for Safe Families for Children, an organization that serves marginalized and vulnerable families. Angela is a member of the United Front Community Foundation, which is a diversity initiative in her home city of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Angela holds a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
